Hmmm - A tricky one. Although the length/quality looks good I was under the impression that the 'T.O.C' awarded 'Excellence in turn-outs' by virtue of the geography of said turn-out.
On paper a T.O. in Swindon is not that impressive is it? Nothing in comparison to say the bog at Ritzys after 1.30am on Friday night? Or like a mate of mine at the top of the North tower of the World Trade Center?
